We had the good fortune of connecting with Tony Concep and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Tony, is there a quote or affirmation that’s meaningful to you?
My favorite quote or affirmation would be “Train your body for wart and you mind for peace”, this is a mantra I picked up from a friend that is no longer with us Netic Rebel. It is the embodiment of my intentions on approaching life with both discipline and comfort. By exercising and balancing the toxic things we endure, strengthening the body, the mind can on get stronger. By focusing on peace and not chaos I am able to endure any challenge as I continue to work on my emotional intelligence. Becoming a man for my wife and kids has meant being in full control of my thoughts and emotions. By training both the mind and body I see longevity and happiness through a much clearer lens. - Click the link for more of the interview: SHOUTOUTATLANTA

Stadium 92' Thomas J gallery Horse Sculpture
In partnership with the Thomas J. gallery in Lajolla CA, I used a sculpture created by the gallery as a canvas to create this pop-art inspired piece. The horse is Approx. 72” tall and would make a great outdoor our entry-way area show stopper for any collector looking to diversify their collection with something bold and unique.
The piece is currently on display at Cannis Major gifts 7613 Melrose Ave, Los Angeles,CA. I would like to send a personal thanks to Eddie and the team at Cannis Major for all of there help and support on showcasing the work. Along with this piece you can view other works from the MTLE studios collective I a part of based out of LA.
Gratitude
Daily affirmations have been a staple in my everyday process. Taking out a moment of every morning to go over my set list of affirmations has truly changed my thought process.
As a point of practice I have been writing affirmations on my bathroom mirror as a constant reminder to train my subconscious mind. A recent favorite book on the topic of the subconscious and conscious thought has been “The Power of the Subconscious Mind” By Author: Joseph Murphy
